We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under normal circumstances.

Refunds

  • Refunds are ONLY issued when there is a written business agreement explicitly stating refund terms.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect sizing

    • Delayed shipping

    • Wear and tear

    • Damage after delivery

    • Any reason not outlined in a signed business agreement

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis at BANE’s discretion.

Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will be investigated and may result in being permanently banned from future purchases.
